Before becoming a therapist, I spent 18 years in the luxury fashion industry, providing highly personalised service to high‑achieving professionals, celebrities, and members of royal families. Working with brands such as Harrods, Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, and Burberry taught me how to read subtle cues, hold steady under pressure, and create a space where people feel seen, respected, and safe.
It was a world where excellence was expected, perfection was the norm, and the emotional cost of maintaining that standard was rarely acknowledged.
These experiences now shape my therapeutic work. I understand the worlds high achievers move through — the expectations, the pressure to appear “fine,” and the emotional cost of success.
