About me
Therapy with me is a space to exhale.
It’s where the pressure lifts, and your inner world finally gets the attention it deserves. I work with professionals who are navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional disconnection, often while appearing “fine” to the outside world.
I blend approaches to meet you where you are. This may include:
• Mindfulness and somatic awareness to reconnect with your body and breath
• Creative interventions like visualisation to access deeper truths
• Relational depth work to explore how past dynamics show up in present relationships
• Cognitive and behavioural tools to support clarity and change
• Trauma-informed care that honours your pace and protects your emotional safety.
