There comes a point where holding everything together becomes too heavy.

Perhaps you’ve spent years being capable, composed, and dependable, yet inside, something feels tender, tired, or quietly overwhelmed.

Here, you don’t have to perform strength. You’re invited into a warm, steady space where your inner child, your adult self, and every part of you can finally exhale.

My work is gentle, relational, and trauma‑informed.

Together, we explore the patterns you’ve outgrown, the pressures you’ve absorbed, and the younger parts of you that still need care, protection, and understanding.

I offer in‑person therapy beside Canary Wharf station, as well as online and telephone sessions for comfort and flexibility.


Current Availability

Current face-to-face appointment availability:

  • Wednesday: 3:10pm
  • Thursday: 2:00pm and 5:00pm
  • Friday: 11:00am and 12:10pm
