Counselling and Psychotherapy
To celebrate the opening of my new therapy space I'm offering you a free 15-minute online consultation throughout May and June 2026.
Do you look composed on the outside while quietly carrying too much inside?
• Do you feel pressure to keep achieving, even when your body is asking you to slow down?
• Is there a younger part of you that still feels unseen, unheard, or unprotected?
• Do you find yourself caring for everyone else but struggling to make space for your own needs?
Welcome
There comes a point where holding everything together becomes too heavy.
Perhaps you’ve spent years being capable, composed, and dependable, yet inside, something feels tender, tired, or quietly overwhelmed.
Here, you don’t have to perform strength.
You’re invited into a warm, steady space where your inner child, your adult self, and every part of you can finally exhale.
My work is gentle, relational, and trauma‑informed. Together, we explore the patterns you’ve outgrown, the pressures you’ve absorbed, and the younger parts of you that still need care, protection, and understanding.
Who I support
I work with adults across London and the UK, especially those navigating:
• Anxiety and chronic stress
• Burnout and work‑related pressure
• Perfectionism and high standards
• Low self‑esteem and self‑criticism
• Relationship difficulties
• Inner child wounds and trauma responses
• OCD and intrusive thoughts
Many of my clients are high achievers, professionals, and students who have spent years coping alone.
How therapy can support you
Our sessions move at your pace. We slow down, listen inward, and gently reconnect with the parts of you that learned to survive by being strong, quiet, or invisible.
With time, you may find yourself:
• feeling more grounded and emotionally steady
• understanding your triggers with clarity and compassion
• setting boundaries without guilt
• softening the inner critic
• reconnecting with a sense of worth that isn’t tied to achievement
Healing doesn’t have to be dramatic. Often, it’s subtle, spacious, and deeply relieving.
Ways to work together
I offer in‑person therapy beside Canary Wharf station, as well as online and telephone sessions for comfort and flexibility
A gentle next step
If something here resonates, you’re welcome to book a free 15‑minute online consultation this May and June- a calm, no‑pressure space to see whether this feels right for you.
About Me
Linda Kralovics (MBACP) Integrative Therapist
A warm, steady space for the parts of you that learned to cope alone
I’m Linda, a BACP‑registered integrative therapist offering inner child‑informed therapy in Canary Wharf.
I support adults navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, trauma responses, and self‑criticism, especially those who appear capable and composed on the outside while feeling overwhelmed within.
My approach is gentle, relational, and trauma‑informed.
Together, we explore not only what you’re struggling with today, but the emotional history that shaped your patterns, your boundaries, and the way you speak to yourself.
My therapeutic approach
I work integratively, drawing from:
• Inner‑child‑informed therapy
• Relational and psychodynamic approaches
• Parts work
• Trauma‑informed practice
This allows us to understand the younger parts of you that learned to stay strong, quiet, or responsible long before you had a choice.
Therapy becomes a space where those parts can finally be met with warmth, clarity, and compassion.
My style is calm, grounded, and collaborative.
I don’t analyse from a distance — we work side by side, at your pace, with curiosity and emotional safety.
Why I work with high achievers and professionals
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 18 years in the luxury fashion industry — Harrods, Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Burberry.
I worked closely with high achievers, creatives, and leaders who carried enormous expectations.
I saw how often:
• success and emotional strain coexist
• burnout hides behind competence
• perfectionism becomes a survival strategy
• younger emotional wounds resurface under pressure
This lived experience deeply shapes my therapeutic work.
I understand the pressure to perform, the fear of slowing down, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from holding everything together alone.

“Since working with Linda, I feel more confident and able to set boundaries in my life. Her support has helped me trust myself more and make choices that feel right for me.”

In my work, I often see people surprised by how much can change when their feelings are met with safety instead of pressure. Over time, things begin to feel lighter, and perspectives shift.
“I feel more confident to confront issues I’d been avoiding.”
