Inner-Child Work
Many high-functioning adults carry wounds from early life that quietly shape how they relate to success, intimacy, and self-worth. In our sessions, we make space for the child within — the one who learned to perform, please, or protect. Through compassionate dialogue, imagery, and reflection, we begin to heal those patterns and restore a sense of safety and belonging.
